2) Directions to the track: Google Maps
Sebring International Raceway is located in central Florida less than 2 hours from Tampa, Orlando & West Palm Beach. Track is located off Highway 98, two miles east of US 27, adjacent to the Sebring Regional Airport.

3) Infield Paddock Access & overnight RV camping
Admittance to the infield paddock starts Friday at 5 PM.  Paddock gate guard station will be staffed from 5 PM on Friday 24 hrs/day thru Sunday 7 PM.

Important!  The track road course is closed to everyone for any reason other than the days and hours of track session event operation as posted on the event schedule and is otherwise considered trespassing. Quiet hours: No loud car engine noise in the paddock between 9 PM and 6 AM.   Paddock speed limit is 10 MPH at all times..even during hours of non-event activities. Driver registered in the event is responsible for the actions of his/her crew and anyone accompanying them in the paddock. Secure all valuables left in the paddock overnight. There is NOT a security guard patroling the paddock. Inappropriate conduct by anyone in the paddock during the overnight hours should be reported to the gate guard who will contact the local police.  See additional paddock safety rules below (item #5)

4) Paddock Parking & Pit lane Garage stalls:
Tow-rigs and trailers are to be unloaded in the paddock area behind the pit structure. Unloading trailers on the track side of the pit structure is in violation of Sebring safety & fire lane rules....we need your cooperation or we risk losing Friday evening access to the paddock.

Pit lane garage spaces are open ONLY to cars registered in the event and are available first come, first serve while they last. REMINDER: A garage stall is NOT included with an event entry.  There is plenty of open parking in the grassy paddock and paved paddock adjacent to the back straight.  Bring what you need to store & protect personal belongings. Be prepared in the case of rain or windy conditions. Event runs rain or shine.

5) Important Paddock Safety Rules:
Maximum vehicle speed in paddock is 10 mph.  Use caution when re-entering the paddock after track sessions. (Parents NOTE!) As per NASA insurance rules..No one without a valid state driver license may operate ANY mode of transportation in the paddock. Skate boards, razors, all scooters without a seat (motoroized or non-motorized) are not permitted in these areas by ANYONE. No alcoholic beverages allowed to be consumed by anyone on the track premises until track activities are concluded for the day. Minors must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.  NO PETS. Dispose of litter in trash cans.  Secure all valuables. NASA, PCD Inc and SIR will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items at the track.

6) Track Clothing:
Crew members going beyond pit wall are required to wear long pants and enclosed shoes. HPDE drivers or anyone riding as a passenger must wear a Snell 1995 (SA or M) or newer helmet, a sleeved (non-synthetic, preferably cotton) shirt, long pants in a natural fiber, and enclosed leather or natural fiber shoes. RACERS are required to upgrade clothing standards to those required as per current NASA CCR including Snell SA helmet years 2000 (or newer), flame resistant driver suit, driver shoes, socks & gloves.

7) Fuel:
On site track services provide racing fuel. We recommend that you do NOT rely solely on this source for your fueling needs. Arrive with a full tank.  Reminder...If you run out of gas while on track, your day is over!

8) Food:
All meals are on your own.  The food concession located in the paddock will be open for breakfast and lunch time service and will close approx 2:00 PM ea day. Bring your own cooler with WATER and what you need for rest of the day.

9) Crew, guests & family members:
Check-in and sign track waiver at guard station near the entrance. Driver entered in the event will be held responsible for the actions and conduct of their crew members and guests, and will be held liable for any damages caused by their crew members or guests.  Minors must be under the supervision of an adult at all times. Sebring track policy: No one under age 18 (other than a registered driver) is allowed on the hot pit side of the pit structure including the garage stall areas.

10) Track Damages/REPAIR /REPLACEMENT  &  CLEANUP:
Damages that occur within SIR premises, whether on the road course or on SIR property, which require clean up, repair or replacement become the financial responsibility of the driver  causing the damage.  Damages can include replacement or repair of items such as tire packs, armco, railings, fencing, soft walls, concrete barrier blocks etc. and cleanups that require bags of oil dry.  Note: Track damages that require schedule delays and long track cleanups occur rarely, but incidents of this type CAN happen.  Know your limits and drive appropriately for current track conditions to help us avoid this situation.

11) Passenger registration:
(HPDE 2 & HPDE 3 solo drivers)
will occur on the day of the event starting 7:30 AM. PLEASE register all passengers by 11 AM. Age 18 & older. Snell 95 or newer helmet & proper clothing for the course required. Sorry..loaner helmets are not available. Passenger will obtain Wrist Band for admittance to the course after signing release and paying a $30 registration fee. NASA holds the driver solely responsible for the safety of their passenger.  Improper conduct while driving with a passenger will result in the loss of passenger priviledges.
